The Tactics Group is engaged in a number of activities, including development, consulting, expertise and real estate operations in the commercial property market. The Group also comprises DETSKI DOM Charity Fund (established for the purpose of sponsorship of orphanages and residential schools).
The Tactics Group was officially born in 1993 with the establishment of its first company - Taktika LLC. 15 years in the commercial property market are notable for the immense work performed resulting in dozens of successful projects, including arrangement of contests and auctions organised for the purpose of sale of lease rights in cooperation with Moskomimushestvo and sale of shares of the Trading House GUM (State Department Store), participation in the construction of Class A office buildings, assessment of market prices of non-residential premises under the agreement duly made with the Moscow City Property Department, provision of consulting services and assistance in terms of any pre-project documentation for the development of cottages, hotels and customs terminals…
Among our clients are FC Otkritie, Paveletskaya Support Services, AIG, Capital Partners, the Megapir Association of Reserve Officers, Transconsult CJSC, Klondike CJSC, Crosna CJSC, AMO ZiL (Moscow Automotive Enterprise Likhachev Factory), Donstroj CJSC, Bank "ROSSIYA", etc.
Starting from 1998 DETSKI DOM Charity Fund has been conducting and performing various activities and arrangements in order to sponsor orphanages and residential schools. Besides such sponsorship the Fund organises different contests, KVN (Club of the Fun and Ingenious Ones) competitions and Olympic Games, as well as publishes a magazine titled "Deti kak Deti" (Children as Children) distributed free of charge in all orphanages of Russia.
